What is the difference between "Normal" and "High" quality time-lapse recording?

Normal quality recording uses h.264 video encoding which is the same quality used by the built in camera app when recording video.  The quality is good and produces relatively small files (for video).

High quality recording in Lightspeed uses motion jpeg encoding which eliminates temporal artifacts found in h.264, which makes more suitable for editing and post processing, or if you plan to view the footage on larger screens.
